Luxe Jumpers is a Baltimore based inflatable rental business providing high quality modern bounce house rentals in the DMV area. We are committed to providing our clients with exemplary service along with the safest, cleanest, and most modern rentals that will make every event a stylish one.

To secure your date, we require a down payment of 50%. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled event. Full payment is required if booking is less than 14 days from your event date. Down payments are non-refundable, however, we can apply your deposit to a new date if your event needs to be rescheduled. Should you need to reschedule your event, please give us at least one week's notice. Please also bare in mind that reservations will not be secured until your deposit is received.

If our bounce houses are damaged due to negligence or preventable circumstance, a repair or replacement charge will be incurred. A cleaning charge may also be applied if the items under the general rules are to be found overlooked. The general rules are as follows to ensure your safety and the integrity of our inflatables: No shoes, sharp objects, food or drink, pets or toys, silly string/confetti, sand, face paint, glitter, overcrowding, climbing, flipping, fighting, horseplay or any other inappropriate substance, item or behavior.

No, balloons are not included in the rental. Please let us know if you are interested in balloon décor for your bouncer and we will be happy to provide a quote from our balloon partner.
